Profile Technologies, Inc. is the developer and service provider of technologies used to  inspect pipelines for corrosion and other anomalous conditions. It has developed  patented and patent pending, non-invasive inspection processes that use electromagnetic waves to remotely inspect buried, cased, and insulated pipelines.  The company offers its services to petroleum and natural gas distribution and transmission pipeline system operators as well as refineries and chemical plants. Profile Technologies was founded in 1986 and is based in Manhasset, New York.

Board of Directors

Charles Christensen
Charles Christenson is the Royal Little Professor of Business Administration, Emeritus, at the Graduate School of Business Administration at Harvard University and served as faculty Chairman of both the MBA and the Doctoral Programs. While on leave of absence from the Harvard University faculty, Mr. Christenson also served as Deputy to the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Financial Management) during the Kennedy Administration and held a variety of teaching and administrative positions at the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration. Mr. Christenson has been a Director of Profile Technologies Inc. since 1999.

Mr. Christenson serves as a Director of Boston Baroque, Inc., a not-for-profit organization performing and recording music of the Baroque and Classical periods. Mr. Christenson served as a Director of Kenetech Corp. since 1986 until 2001 and served as a Director of KENETECH Windpower, Inc., a holding company of Kenetech Corp. since January 1980. He is a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Mr. Christenson has also authored or co-authored a number of books and articles on quantitative methods, management control and philosophy of science. He received his B.Sc. degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 1952, his MBA degree with high distinction from Harvard University in 1954 and his DBA degree in Managerial Economics from Harvard University in 1961.

Murphy Evans, President
Murphy Evans has been President and a Director of Profile Technologies Inc. since 1995 and serves as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Evans also serves as the President of L & S Holding Co., a family-owned holding company that is engaged in several different businesses. Mr. Evans received an AB degree in history from Princeton University in 1954 and an MBA degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration in 1958.

Henry Gemino, Chief Executive Officer/Chief Financial Officer
Henry E. Gemino is a co-founder and has been serving as a Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Profile Technologies Inc. since 1988. From 1988 through October 2000, Mr. Gemino served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Profile Technologies Inc. Since October, 2000, he has been Chief Executive Officer of Profile Technologies Inc.

Richard L. Palmer
Richard L. Palmer was elected a Director of Profile Technologies in 2007.  Mr. Palmer has been a practicing attorney since 1972 with a primary emphasis on litigation.  He received his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University in 1966 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Texas Tech University in 1972. He is licensed to practice in Texas State courts, U. S. District Courts for the Northern, Western and Southern Districts of Texas, and the U. S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. Palmer also serves as Director and Vice President/Secretary of Lion Kingdom, Inc., a company engaged in residential development.

Robert C. Geib, Chief Operating Officer
Robert Geib has been Chief Operating Officer of Profile Technologies Inc. since September 2007.  Mr. Geib most recently served as Director, Operations Services of the Northeast Gas Association. His duties included oversight of programs and projects relating to pipeline integrity and security, and he served as liaison between the association's member companies and federal and state regulators. In his 18 years of experience in the pipeline and corrosion industry, Mr. Geib has served as Supervisor Engineering Staff at Southwest Gas Corporation in Las Vegas and has held Engineering and Technician postions at Matcor, Inc. and Tennessee Gas Pipeline.  He has developed an extensive background in  engineering, pipeline integrity programs, corrosion control and inspection as required by various state and federal laws and regulations.  Mr. Geib holds a B.S. in Electronics Engineering and has been a member of NACE International for over 15 years.

Phil Jones, Executive Vice President
Mr. Jones has served as Executive Vice President for the Company during the past five fiscal years. Previous to his employment with the Company, Mr. Jones provided energy consulting services to certain utility companies for a period of one year. Prior to that time, Mr. Jones held various executive positions with Consolidated Natural Gas Company before retiring in April 2000.
